The Young Cattlemen's Conference is a program developed to build leadership qualities in young cattlemen and expose them to all aspects of the beef industry.
What is YCC?
The Young Cattlemen’s Conference (YCC) is an exclusive leadership development program that offers young cattlemen and women a unique opportunity to experience the entire beef industry, from production research to marketing strategies. It’s designed to build leadership skills and provide insights into the many facets of the beef industry, empowering participants to become leaders in their local communities and beyond.

YCC is more than just a tour—it's an experience. Over the course of the conference, participants will travel across the country, gaining firsthand experience with industry leaders, researchers and policy experts. The award will include the following:
Registration fee for YCC paid directly to NCBA by the Angus Foundation.
Reasonable coach-class airfare from the participant’s home to the beginning site of the conference and from the ending site of the conference to the participant’s home.
